    Pepin was last seen on March 27, 2006 leaving a hotel located rue Larivihre in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Canada.

    He was last seen on March 27 2006, around 11: 00, at the Hotel Comfort Inn. At that time, the victim was accompanied by Robin Rivest. An unknown individual came to the room and all three left the hotel. The victimís wallet was found in the hotel room he occupied. The vehicle used by the victim was found in the parking lot of Proximedia in Rouyn-Noranda by his father. A bag of clothing with documents in the name of Robin Rivest was found in the vehicle. Tommy had a big drug problem that worsen over the last few months. Tommy was the pill dealer at La Fureur Bar. He sold the pills for Robin Rivest. It seems that Tommy owed a certain amount of money to Robin ($4000). According to some people Tommy consumed more than he sold. He was depressed and had lost almost 50 pounds in a few months.
