Medical Conditions: Mentally challenged and may
require medical attention. ADD and bipolar, needs
medication. Without her medication she becomes
disoriented and could have hallucinations.

Clothing: Lime green blouse, blue jeans, a gray
Adidas hooded sweatshirt, and white tennis shoes.

Details of Disappearance
On March 10, 2005, Bianca's mother reported her missing at approximately 8:20 p.m. to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office in Missouri. Bianca was last seen approximately one mile from her residence, walking on McIntosh Hill Road in Foley, Missouri.

Although police have said that Bianca has the mental capacity of a second-grader, her mother said Bianca is naive, reads at the level of a second-grader and in many ways is a typical seventh-grader. She loves music, especially tunes by Hilary Duff and Britney Spears, and she likes to draw pictures and loves animals, her favorite being horses.

Foul play has not been ruled out.
