Details of Disappearance
Sandra was last seen at approximately 4:30pm at her place of employment in the vicinity of the 4600 block of N. 56th St. in Tampa, FL. Her vehicle, described as a white, four door, 1994 Buick Park Ave was located at her residence in Temple Terrace, FL on January 3, 2006. After Sandra's disappearance, ATM surveillance videos have photos of a white male, stocky build, dark hair on arms, wearing a short sleeved light colored plaid shirt, dark pants, and possibly a green mask using Sandra's ATM card.
Earl Cranston Pippin, a contractor identified as the longtime lover of Sandra Hamby Prince has been named a "person of interest" in her disappearance. The police also revealed there was "a significant, enough to indicate foul play, amount of blood" in the trunk of Prince's car, which was found in her garage after a neighbor reported her missing Jan. 3. The blood was identified as that of Prince. Pippin is listed as the sole beneficiary of Prince's estate.
Pippin and Prince co-own a Lake Panasoffkee house, property searched in January with a team of cadaver-sniffing dogs. Police have not revealed whether anything was found.
Update 2008- Authorities have obtained a search warrant for 3908 West Vasconia Street were Prince's boyfriend, a contractor, was building the 3,100-square-foot home around the time she was reported missing.
The boyfriend maintains he had nothing to do with Prince's disappearance.
They have a wooden staircase, they dug up the back yard and bore under the foundation to get soil samples.
