  • Details of Disappearance
    On April 15, 2008 a Missing Persons Report was filed with the El Centro Police Department on Charles “Fred” Reynolds. Fred Reynolds was last seen - heard from at about midnight on Sunday, April 13, 2008. On April 18, 2008, Fred’s brown 2001 Chevrolet S-10 pickup was located, approximately 27 miles east of the Calexico Port of Entry, on the north bank of the All American Canal near the Brock’s Research Center. Reynolds was unmarried and had no immediate family living in the Imperial Valley. Reynolds worked for the Border Patrol as an electronic technician from 1995 to 2003 and for the CBP’s Office of Technology Information as a technical supervisor up to the time of his disappearance. Fred still remains missing.
