    and on lower lip near the right corner of her mouth. Visible cavities
    in teeth which are unevenly spaced with wide gaps between them.
    Surgical scar on abdomen. She speaks Spanish and limited English.
    Her fingernails were painted green at the time of her disappearance.

  • Details of Disappearance
    Rodriguez's mother last saw her daughter as she left their family's Las Vegas, Nevada residence to walk to school during the morning hours of October 20, 1999. Rodriguez was last seen at approximately 7 pm that evening in the 800 block of Bonita Street. She was speaking to a group of children at the time. The location was two blocks from her family's home and also near the Stratosphere Tower in downtown Las Vegas. Rodriguez never returned to her house and has not been seen again.
    Authorities have few leads as to what happened to her, but believe she may have been abducted by a non-family member.
