  • Details of Disappearance
Amanda Ward-Romine, 30, of Avondale Avenue, was last seen on July 7 in the 3oo block of Buxton Avenue. She was reported missing on August 9, 2013.

Amanda had been staying in her sister's Indian Lake home but left July 5 to go back to live with her husband at their Avondale Avenue home.

Family members did not report her missing until August 9 because of a miscommunication. Family members believed Amanda had been in contact with other relatives. Amanda usually stayed in close contact with her family members.

Authorities have said they are concerned because it’s unusual that she would have been gone this long without contacting family members.

Her husband, Daniel Romine was found dead in 2015. He was a person of interest in her disappearance. He never cooperated with the investigation. The couple was married for a year and had a history of domestic violence.
