  • Details of Disappearance
    Angelica Sandoval was last seen at her home at 715 13th Street, just before 9 p.m. on February 23, 2011. Sandoval arrived home from doing laundry at approximately 21.50 hours. She took a load of items into her residence, went back outside to finish unloading her vehicle, and did not return. Her car door was left wide open and her purse was found laying in the street. She has not been seen or heard from since. Police say they do not believe she would have willingly left her one-year-old daughter behind. Angelica was due to testify against a man accused of kidnapping her in November 2011.
