  • Details of Disappearance
Bonnie, a mother of seven, was last seen by her boyfriend at his residence at Carter's Mountain Orchard in Albemarle County, VA at approximately 1:00 am on July 12, 2014. The home is in a rural area and is surrounded by a large apple orchard. Her family reported her missing on July 14. Since her disappearance, there has been no contact with her, no cell phone use, and no activity in her bank account.

Police later found her car, and they say there were signs of a struggle, and blood, believed to be Santiago's, was also discovered. There were footprints on the windshield, and the rear view mirror was almost torn off. Police found Santiago's cellphone, the flip-flops she was wearing, and her heart medication in her car.

Authorities have conducted two searches of the area in and around the home where Santiago was last seen, but nothing of interest was found.
