    • Details of Disappearance
    Carmen Annette Sperling, the abducting, non-custodial mother, has been documented as being a danger to her children, Corinna & Sheldon Sperling. She seriously assaulted Sheldon, resulting in his being placed in a foster home for three months. After her son had been returned to her under three months supervision by Social Services, on May 11, 1998 she disappeared with him and his half sister Corinna.

    There are three separate Civil Warrants (contempt) for her arrest, as well as a Canada wide Criminal Warrant - #98CQ 35574. The courts have awarded both of the childrens' fathers sole custody of their child.
