    Jewel was last seen playing in the water in Panama City Beach, Florida. At the time, she was wearing a blue and white floral two piece bathing suit that had a pink bow on it. Law enforcement determined Jewel was lost at sea. Her parents dispute this claim, and believe she was abducted.
