    tattoo of the name "Gina" in cursive writing possibly on right
    shoulder, skin grafts on left arm and upper legs, full dentures.

  • Details of Disappearance
    Jeffrey was last seen at approximately 12:00pm at his residence in the 900 block of Hodges Drive in Columbus, OH. He left his West Side apartment to walk to a corner store for cigarettes.

    Hed lost both of his legs and four fingers six years earlier as the result of a staph infection, but he had artificial limbs that allowed him to walk short distances. His family put up fliers and searched everywhere they thought he might be. Police investigated but found no clues to his whereabouts.
