  • Details of Disappearance
Taylor was last seen leaving his residence in Shelbyville, Tennessee on September 20, 1999. He had a job interview just after lunchtime. He ironed his shirt and laid his clothes on the bed. His mother, Rochelle Adams, was going to pick him up later and take him to the appointment. He got a phone call from his friend Barry Rippy and waved to his uncle as he left the house. His pager, cell phone and wallet were still on the dresser.

It appeared as though he expected to return home shortly; all of his personal belongings were left inside of his house. Taylor has never been heard from again.

At the time, he was going to get his GED, go back to school and train to be a professional barber. He left behind two young sons. He was living with his grandmother at the time.
