    • Details of Disappearance
    On September 30, 2000, Thomas attended a birthday party held in her honor in San Francisco. She was supposed to pick up her 4-year old daughter afterward. She left for Hayward about 8:00pm and stopped to get cash from the ATM machine a few blocks away from her residence. Her apartment manager saw her doing laundry at about 10:00 pm. Latoya was last seen leaving her residence in the vicinity of the 1700 block of "B" St. in Hayward, California. She never picked up her daughter. She has not reported to work or contacted family since. Her car was later found abandoned. Her purse was in the front seat of the car. Foul play is suspected.
