  • Details of Disappearance
    On February 12, 1990, at about 4:15 p.m., James left his workplace at a metal craft shop in Seguin, where he worked as a welder.

    James' vehicle was found two days after he disappeared in a grocery store parking lot. The car was locked and it was out of gas, even though he had filled it up the day he disappeared.
