  • Details of Disappearance
    Janet was last seen on October 28, 2007, getting into a dark red car with an unidentified black male. Her family reported her missing on November 5. Her neighbors reported pets had been left unattended outside her Belleville home. She is known to frequent the area of Ninth Street and Exchange in East St. Louis and the Illinois 203 Truck Stop in Troy. Tillman also was known to frequent a truck stop in Madison. Family members told police she typically communicates with them daily, and no one has heard from her since Oct. 28. Her criminal record includes convictions for prostitution.

    Janet Tillman does have a history of a mental disability and was classified as fully disabled because she was unable to remember some things and had a strong inability to focus.
