  • Details of Disappearance
    Reagan and his brother Richard were last seen in the company of their mother, going to meet their adoptive father. The vehicle they were driving was later found abandoned and vandalized, near Dickson Park Road and Trout Creek Canyon in the Wind River Canyon area of Fremont County, Wyoming. Traces of Virginia's blood were discovered inside the vehicle.
