Details of Disappearance
Walker was last seen at the Food Lion store located in the Peaksview Shopping Center on Longwood Avenue at approximately 10:45 a.m. on Friday, April 7, 2000.
James Walker of Thaxton, VA went to the Food Lion store with Donald Adams, a friend.
When they arrived at the store, Walker told Adams that he was going to wait outside for him to return.
He was sitting inside his friend's vehicle and smoking a cigarette inside his friend's vehicle in the parking lot.
When Adams returned, he could not find Walker.
After a brief search, Adams contacted the police department.
