  • Details of Disappearance
    On September 15th, 2010 at approximately 1:00 PM, Glen Wesley, a patient at the Ontario Mental Health Hospital, was
    granted permission to attend outside the facility. Wesley did not return and was noticed missing at approximately 2:15 PM.
    On the day of his disappearance it was his birthday and staff believed he attended the downtown core of North Bay. At the
    time of this report the Ontario Mental Health Hospital has discharged him completely. Wesley remains a missing person. Wesley
    suffers from Schizophrenia and requires medication for this. Wesley can survive without medication but his paranoia will
    increase. There has been no activity on his financial accounts. Since his disappearance there have been several unconfirmed
    sightings of Mr. Wesley in the Cochrane, Timmins and New Liskeard area.
