  • Details of Disappearance
    Young was last seen on November 6, 2004 at approximately 4:00pm in the vicinity of the 30 block of Upper Saw Branch Rd. in Candler, North Carolina. He walked into the Pisgah Valley Market, looked around and walked out. A dog team found his scent at a nearby mobile home park. Chang moved into Mount Pisgah Family Care Home on November 3, after having just moved to the home from Atlanta, where his family lives. He is a native of Korea and speaks little English.
